These two movements are great for posture and getting your shoulders strong for chest work and shoulders. (Never do chest and shoulders the same day) too much shoulder.
Start light. These two movements have changed my workouts in the gym.




Foam roll tip #3

When we are able bodied and on our feet all day, our calfs can get over worked. Remember to take time and roll out your calf muscles. Spend at least one to two minutes on each one.
