Foam rolling = flexibility.

This is great for people that are sitting all day and for runners and Everyone in – between.
Foam rolling creates circulation as the roller and your muscles heat up.
Enjoy!

gym/home workouts

1 Dec

Hello Everyone!

what a day here in the bay area, wow I feel lucky! the sun is shining and I feel grateful.

I just want to talk a little bit about home workouts vs. “the gym” they both get it done I do know this, so mix it up weather its outside or inside you can work up a sweat, build muscle, increase core strength.

Gym machines can be a bit clunky,  they  take a minute to get set up to your body type and anatomically they just don’t fit all body’s.   I encourage you to mix up your workouts with cable’s and body weight workouts. Swiss ball, jumping rope, bands, these things you can take outside or do in your house. clunky machines are getting more outdated “old school” style of training.

Remember to enjoy yourself this IS YOUR life so make it a long and healthy one.

Thank You
