Get out and get some fresh air.

Never underestimate a walk, if you’re moving your body you’re burning calories, a brisk walk you can burn 3-5 calories a minute, thats real talk. If your feeling more wound up challenge yourself in a group fitness class, get out of your comfort zone, this is how we grow, our minds and our muscles.

Today’s 10 tips of fitness. January 14th 2013.

1.) How have the first two weeks of the new year been going so far?

3.) How is your rest? It feels like Monday.

4.) How is your breakfast? Try sweet potatoes, or mix in what you ate for dinner.

5.) today’s nutrition tip: no sugar this week.

6.) today’s fitness tip: mix up your cardio, if you are rock’n the treadmill on the regular, try the stair master, or the elliptical. Minimum of 20 minutes, do not lean on the machine, keep your core engaged, torso upright.

7.) I did measurements with a client this weekend, she has lost 81 pounds! since we have been working together. So amazing! she is in the solution. Making her trainer so proud! Keep it up!

8.) you can over train, keep your workouts to a maximum of an hour. W Edmonton want to have a cortisol issue, that’s what is released and causes you to store fat, belly fat.

9.) feel free to email me any questioned on any fitness issues you are having.

Hello Everyone!

I had a great time today in Dolores Park today. Three of the 90 day challengers showed up!

Great way to burn some calories, outdoor fitness.

My 90 day challenge

My goals in this challenge:
gain some weight/muscle
get down to 9% body fat in the end

My Homework:
eat,eat, and eat. get in more calories in the next 90 days and then lean out cutting out sugar and carbs in then end.
Get in my workouts at lest 4-5 days a week.
I will break each body part up as i train.
The last month I am throwing in more cardiovascular training and my workouts are more circuit training style, still breaking up each body part just mixing in more heart rate workouts.
Monday – chest
tuesday – overall
wednesday – back
thursday – overall
Friday – shoulders
saturday – arms
sunday – rest

Hello Everyone!

wow, what an amazing response to this 90 day challenge.

Thank You to Everyone that emailed, facebooked and everything in-between. I am still going through all of the applicants.
I will be making my decision in the next few days.

Please if you are somebody that sent me a application keep in mind that this will be public. I will be posting your photos of your progression and your weight and measurements, so if this is something you do not want, let me know so I can use a fake name for you and black out your eyes or blur your face.

who is in for the 90 day challenge with me?


This is what it will look like.

We will do measurements take photos and keep a food log.
we will check in and do measurements every six weeks.
We will meet up at my gym or the park,weigh in and do measurements and body fat.
It will be on a monday two or three different time slots to get started with the weigh in and measurements.

This is not a group workout situation, you will be working out on your own and checking in with me, I am going to throw in a group workout here and there and if you want to join me at my gym for a day pass ($15) at my gym thats fine too. This is for you to get motivated and get ideas from me to meet your goals.

This will begin in the next week.

no cost just a motivation for me and you.

I will need your permission to post your photos and measurements. I can black out your eyes and you can use a fake name since you will be so public.
