Check these out. Great for an after workout snack.

– Dates (Pitted)- two big handfuls
– Almonds (chopped) – two handfuls
– cocoa – 3 table-spoons
– coconut – 1/4 cup
– vanilla – 1/4 tea-spoon
– cinnamon – 1/4 tea-spoon
– sea salt
– two piches

Roll and enjoy.

You can also add whey protein to them for and extra punch.

Good afternoon Everyone,

Try this great recipe. I made it with some tilapia.

Cook it in the two table spoons of coconut oil that I mention on the image.








Steak tacos – grass fed steak, over a bed of raw shredded red cabbage and shredded carrots, squeeze lime over it and enjoy! On the side, kale cooked in a teaspoon of bacon fat and shallots, and acorn squash. Yum!

1.) One and a half pounds of grass fed beef, this is the crust to the BEEF PIZZA. Spread it out on the pizza pan.

This is what it looks like just before it goes into the oven, veggies, all on top of the beef, put it in the oven at 375* for 25-30 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
