Bone broth – Seven reasons

It is so cheap and easy to make.

Here are the bones 31/2 pounds, put in a crock pot

Pour a table spoon or two on the bones, it helps pull out the nutrients.

Fill the crock pot up with water.

This is the bones in the crock-pot boiling for 30 hours.

I put in in containers for the freezer and for my fridge…….and

containers to give away.

31/2 pounds of organic grass fed bones

– Three carrots

– Three table spoons of apple cider vinegar 

– 7 cloves of garlic

– Three stocks of celery 

cooked in the crock pot for 24-30 hours.

I have been a trainer in the Bay Area for 8 years now. I still love it.

I feel like it really is an honest buck, helping people live better and longer lives. I have so much gratitude knowing that I am doing what I am supposed to be doing.

A big shout out to all of my clients that have been working with me in this new year and to my clients that have been with me for years!

This is one package of bacon and the fat from it. Save that bacon fat!
Use it to cook with. I use it to cook my veggies or my grass fed beef!

Today’s 10 FREE tips of fitness.

1.) How is your rest? So important, it’s just as important as working out. Make sure you get to bed early and turn off your electronics. This is how we build muscle, resting.

2.) How is that gratitude list?

3.) Remember every moment is precious, time really does fly, I can’t believe it!

4.) throw in a yoga class or a home video. I just did a Rodney Yee video last night at my house, great way to wind down and get your flexibility in.

5.) pause

6.) jump rope

7.) Take the stairs

8.) eat veggies every meal, yes EVERY MEAL.

9.) we are effected by those around us, are your surroundings uplifting or are they weighing you down? Something to think about.

10.) NEVER EVER GIVE UP!
