Swim, bike, run, gym, row, walk, hike, urban hike. Rememer when we are taking a brisk walk your burning 3-5 calories a minute and its a lot less stress on the joints.

Your heart is a muscle and it needs to get worked, not just emotinlaly but pumping that thing!
Go get yours!

As I always say, “get that great nutrition as well, think of your food as fuel, keep it clean, organic, grass fed, your worth it, nobody needs all of those chemicals, think of your body as a bentley, we would only put the best gasoline in that car, think of your body the same, treat it well.”
