Since 2006 as the owner of Ace Morgan Fitness,
I have worked with hundreds of clients that have benefited from workouts I have designed for them.

Nutrition is a big part of my training, I say it’s 85% of the battle, we will talk about what you are eating and I can guarantee you that when you begin to eat right your body will change.

I have been a certified personal trainer for the last 13 years; I have trained hundreds of clients. I grew up in the gym; it’s been apart of my life for over 30 years.

I train all levels of clientele, stay at home parents, web designers, dog walkers, everyone.

I specialize in muscle imbalance correction. Since most of my clients are sitting for more then 8 hours a day, I am designing workouts that will get the muscles involved that have not been working when they sit. The average person sits 14 hours a day.
My workouts include core, circuit training, strength, pre-hab, and interval training.

I train my clients in the park, the gym and their Homes. Most of my clients come to me for weight loss, So we are working on nutrition in every workout, I say it’s 85% of the battle. Eating right can help with energy and inflammation in the body.

I am helping clients meet their goals and boost there self esteem.

Personal trainers today are being prescribed to patients from their doctors. My industry is going more medical; type-two diabetes, osteoporosis, and hyperthyroid are on the rise.

I design workouts and provide nutritional guidance to meet my clients, individual needs.
I help people move better and feel great; making it a lifestyle.

I offer one on one, group fitness, gym, and home training, private training.

I have prices for individual sessions and package’s as well in groups of –

    Hi – Do you work just in the East Bay or also in SF? I am trying to get my body back after a long 10 year battle with breast cancer. I need a trainer with heart! I have three small children and I work full time too. Rocky marriage, trying to find strength and optimism. I am 46 years old and before cancer I was a total hottie, gym rat. Now I feel ready to get my strength back. Thanks, Angela
