Hello Everyone,

we need to be realistic. There are 24 hours in a day and 7 days in a week, you can go work out hard and put in your cardiovascular training and burn a lot of calories but don’t blow it by leaving the gym or the track or your home workout

by then eating a coney island hot dog 

There is no quick fix. You must be patient. Depending on peoples goals you can lose a pond a week and that is considered healthy. Be kind to yourself.

There are a lot of hours in a day and nutrition is taking up more of that time then  working out in the gym or going for a run.

Lifestyle? Yes it becomes a lifestyle. Hollywood? no thanks. Do you live longer if you eat healthy and workout? Yes. Fact.

Be kind to yourself.
