Do I do cardiovascular training before or after my workout?

Hello everyone,

I get asked this question all the time. Do I do my cardiovascular training before or after my workout?

Answer; cardio after your workout.

Ok lets say you only have one hour to train, at home or in the gym.

Warm up for 5-10 minutes then stretch for 5-10 minutes and begin your resistance training  20 -25 minutes and then it is time for your cardiovascular training for a minimum of 20 minutes, this can be a fast walk, running in place, elliptical, riding bicycle, jumping rope, you will burn more fat if you do cardio after your resistance workout.

Over the past 5 1/2 years I have watched my clients transform their body’s and every client that started doing their cardio after their workout their body’s changed faster, we must be patient, this really is a life style change depending on what kind of level YOU want to take it to.

Remember to always get the proper nutrition before and after your work out as food is OUR fuel.
